When you book a shipment or register as a merchant, we collect the following information: name, delivery address, phone number, payment date, product details, and in the case of merchants — company name, GSTIN and contact information.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to provide our delivery services — delivering parcels, providing tracking status, and sending necessary delivery updates. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. Data is shared only with verified delivery partners when required to complete a shipment.

3. Public Tracking

The public tracking page displays only masked information (e.g. R***** S***), product and delivery status. Full address and phone number are never shown to public users — these are visible only to authorized merchants and courier staff.

4. Merchant Data

All merchant data is stored securely. Passwords are stored in hashed (encrypted) form — plain passwords are never stored or accessible to anyone. Merchants can only access their own accounts after logging in.

5. Data Security

Your data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored securely on our servers. Login attempts are monitored to protect against brute-force attacks.

6. Data Retention

Shipment records are retained after delivery so that order history can be reviewed. To request deletion of your data, please contact the administrator.
